ANDREW MORGAN I feel priveleged and so should all of you who get the opportunity to listen to this. Andrew Morgan - Earcave - PPU - District Wax has blessed us with one of his "old" mixes - All the tracks have something in common One mans old is another's man's NEW Just to let you know i literally spend hours trawling through his record stores online, they're my homes away from home, i get this weird hunger for more as soon as i get off - only he can satisfy it - so i go back for. I know a few other record collectors in the UK that feel the same way. I digress from the mix - i can only pick out 3 tracks i recognise, the rest of it is NEW to me.

 Dr Wax Wax or Hugues as he's more affectionately known is an old digger buddy of mine from Toulouse. Expert on all things psychedelic and blues. I managed to dig out one of his old mix-tapes that funnily enough contains no psyche or blues tracks.

Chesca and her sound system Can't remember if she did this mixtape in 2008 or 2007, when she did it doesn't matter but I do remember it being the mixtape of that year. Killah after killah it just goes on, a boogie blitzkreig - it blows you to bits. The girls knowledge is too deep, without a doubt that boogie queen crown the rest of us have placed on her head sits well...

This mix presents a road off the beaten track. Mr Wonderful and I have collected psychedelic oddities in unison for a good few years now, always excited like little kids when we find a real belter. We've only gotten round to compiling one full selection together - other mixes have always been on the fly and in the spirit of the moment (which was usually just a weird competition to see who could trump the last track). Some of these tracks are downright weird - others have rare or unique qualities that made them significant in some undescribable way - and the rest we all know and love. Enjoy!
