Well it was a blast, the music was incredible and I got a signed copy of a Duke Garwood record -- all in all our first ever Lamp session was a success and definitely left us and the other listeners there yearning for more. Anyway for those of you who couldn't make it and for those of you who did and want to relive the night, - you're in luck - we have finally manged to compress the music from the whole event into one hour - which was no mean feat with the music being so amazing and all.  Enjoy and see you at the next LAMP session.

The Sit Down Affair is a kind of sexy dinner party hosted by Josephine, a friend and fan of NTS. She recently asked Eglo record's Floating Points and myself to put together a mix to aid in the digestion of her guests dinner, in which we duly obliged

It's not often that any of us at NTS Towers take a break from the running of this machine - but we had to recently for two reasons - firstly because we were exhausted and secondly, and I guess most importantly we are working on transforming NTS (NUTS TO SOUP) to the best music source on the web - trust us when we say the best ..... Big Big plans  . . .

ADVICE FOR YOUR LISTENING PLEASURE

Wow, So the website has reached statrospheric levels with more visits than ever and because of this achievement our hamsters running the wheels in the back end are being exhausted, which may lead to you guys having problems streaming some of the mixes on this site. To make things easier and to make your listening experience more enjoyable you can either download the mixes or subscribe for the NUTS TO SOUP podcasts in Itunes (this option is on the right of your screen) and you will get all the 40 or so mixes that we've ever put up on this site.

If you haven't got Itunes you can download it here ... it's well worth having.

DAM-FUNK for NONSENSE, compiled October 2009

In October last year during his European tour, we (NON-SENSE) managed to rope Dam-Funk into putting together a compilation CD of some of his favourite joints to distribute at his live event at Plastic People. I think we pressed about 400 of those CD's and they all flew on the night - well, here it is again available for download  . . . . . thoroughly, thoroughly enjoyable
